Eggless Oreo Biscuit Cake Recipe
Simple Oreo Biscuit cake recipe. You do not need any flour or oil for this, Some oreo biscuits and regular fiber biscuits are enough to make this cake.

- 1 pack Parle G Biscuit 120 gms
- 6 pieces Oreo Biscuit with cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar powdered
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1.5 cup Milk Add according to your biscuit mixture.
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
First, get the biscuits. Break the biscuits roughly and add into the mixer jar, make a powder out of it.
Now add sugar powder and baking soda to the biscuit powder. Give a good mix.
Now add milk slowly and whisk the mixture to a smooth batter. Add Vanilla Essence as well.
Once the batter is ready. Get the oven ready to bake. Preheat the oven for about 15 mins at 180 degrees. Transfer the batter into a greased pan.
Once the preheating is done, place the baking tray in the preheated oven, bake until the cake is ready. In my case, I baked for about 20 mins. Use a toothpick or knife to check the cake.
Finally, the toppings are completely up to your choice. I sprinkled some cocoa powder and sugar balls on top of it. You can alternatively add sugar powder or whipped cream.
Now cut the cake into the desired shape and Enjoy your Oreo Biscuit cake with a cup of hot milk or coffee or tea.
