First, get the butter to room temperature.
Next, grate the cheese and keep it ready. I used Britannia Cheese, you can use other brands available in the market as well.
Once the cheese is ready, Next chop the capsicums into small pieces and add it to the cheese.
Now, add the chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Now mix everything well. Keep it aside.
Now take the bread, apply butter on one side and toast it for few secs.
Now spread the cheese toppings on toasted bread and place it on Tawa. Make sure, you use a heavy pan and the heat is on low medium heat, otherwise, bread might burn.
Close it with a lid and allow it to cook for few mins. Once the cheese starts to melt, you can see, it’s cooked well.
Once it is done, remove and serve hot capsicum cheese toast with some chai.
