Besan Masala Bread Toast

  1. Add Gram flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and chili powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies, salt and coriander leaves also. Mix everything well.
  3. Add a little bit of water at a time and mix everything gently. Make a batter out of it. Not too thick nor too runny. Maintain the consistency.
  4. Take a pan, add oil or ghee in it. Meanwhile, dip the bread in the mixture, make sure, the bread is fully soaked with batter.
  5. On low medium heat, toast the bread on both sides, before flipping the bread, make sure it is cooked well, otherwise it sticks to the pan and become messy.
  6. Repeat the process with other breads also. The flavor of the bread is too good, when it is served hot.
