Pal Payasam | Rice & Milk Kheer Recipe

It’s a quick and easy dessert recipe. If you are expecting guests suddenly, you can make this. I also prepare as Neivedyam on special occasions and for pooja.

Rice kheer is a popular one. Some people add saffron to it and some don’t add. I love adding saffron to milk-related desserts. Few people add condensed milk. But I prefer full-fat milk. So I didn’t add that. I love chocolates and I added here to give a nice twist to a traditional recipe. It’s completely optional. Let’s see the recipe with details.
