Mango & Kiwi Granola Smoothie Bowl – I love a perfect smoothie bowl. It’s just energies you to kick start your day in a better way.
I love both the fruits Mango and Kiwi. The kiwi fruit has a slightly sour and sweet flavor. The fibrous skin seems to be edible, but I only eat the flesh, If the fruit is well ripe, you can just scoop out the flesh, otherwise, you can just peel the skin and use the flesh.
When it comes to Mangoes, there are so many varieties, When they are well ripe, they taste so well. I love sweet mangoes. I used baked granola here. I always keep some stock of baked granola at home. It really comes handy, when I am super hungry at times.
Making this smoothie is super easy, it hardly takes some time to finish this. All you need is,
- Mango – 1 (well ripe one to get that sweet flavor)
- Kiwi – 1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Baked Granola – 1 to 2 tbsp
- Flax seeds – 1 tsp
Chop the mangoes, add it to a blender with milk. Blend well and make a smoothie out of it.
Add it to a bowl, top this smoothie with some granola, kiwi fruit, flax seeds, and honey.
Tada, within minutes yummy breakfast is ready 🙂
