Mixed Vegetable Cheese Sandwich – This recipe is very simple, all we need some veggies, cheese, bread, and some sauce (optional). In a few minutes, the yummy breakfast would be ready.
The weekend is here, probably sometimes we sleep an extra few minutes on Saturday morning due to the weekend effect 😉 So all we need is a quick breakfast, Here is a very handy recipe with all vegetables. It’s a healthy and tasty “Vegetable cheese sandwich“.
Get the ingredients ready. First, add oil in a wide pan. Once the oil gets heated, add the chopped vegetables into that and saute well.
Cook for a few mins, then add salt, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.
Mix everything well, cook until the veggies are cooked well.
Once the veggies are ready, now its time to make the sandwich.
Apply the pizza spread, tomato sauce on the bread. Place the mixed veggies above that and sprinkle some cheese about that.
Now close with the other bread. Place the bread in the sandwich maker. Spread some butter or ghee. Close and let it cook.
Once it is done, Serve this yummy sandwich for a healthy breakfast.
