It helps you to start your morning with good energy to spend your day more productively. Never skip your breakfast, just because you are in a hurry. Your body’s metabolism rates depends on it. Taking the right amount of nutrition helps to keep you healthy and active. When you skip your breakfast, you are most likely messing with your metabolism rates. So go for healthy food..

Making healthy breakfast is easy, all we need to do is plan ahead a little bit and work on it. I always think I want to make healthy breakfast, I follow it for a week or so and then drop off. This lockdown is really helping me to stick to the plan. So some of the breakfast I made in recent days, I captured it.
