I like smoothies, they are easy to make, refreshing and yummy, It really fills my stomach and I don’t need to take any other extra meal for breakfast. I have been thinking to try something different with Oats, Finally, I ended up making a smoothie out of it. It’s not bad at all, In fact, it was better than my expectation. The ingredients are quite simple and just add everything in a blender, in minutes smoothie will be ready.
In a blender, add chopped apples, milk, rolled oats, honey and cinnamon powder. Blend it, until it becomes smooth.
I added only 1 tbsp of honey, if you prefer a very sweet smoothie, add more according to your taste.
Once it is done, pour it in a bowl, add some chopped apple pieces as topping with some pumpkin seeds. You can add your own favorite toppings.
Enjoy this refreshing smoothie in the morning to start a perfect day.
