Avocado Milkshake Recipe – This one is easy and healthy with simple ingredients like Milk and honey.
I love Avocados. I often make smoothies and milkshakes out of it. There are so many ways to make this. You can also add other fruits and nuts. This fruit is not available everywhere in my hometown. Its popular only in cities. So I make use of it now 🙂 There are numerous health benefits available in this fruit, so it’s good to add them to your diet.
- Avocado – 1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Honey – 3 tbsp
- Water – 1/2 cup
- First check the avocado and press on the top to see, whether it is ripe or not. If it is soft, which means the fruit is ready.
- Cut the fruit vertically, remove the seed and use the spoon to scoop out the flesh.
- Now take the avocado flesh, milk and honey in a blender and make a smooth puree out of it. You can adjust the sweetness with honey and if it’s thick, add little water and blend again.
- Serve this yummy Avocado Milkshake with some of your favorite toppings. You can refrigerate prior or add some ice cubes while blending for cold shake.
