Green Peas Gravy | Matar Masala Recipe

Green Peas Masala is a famous recipe in India, especially in restaurants. The combination of peas, tomatoes, cashews and other spices would give you an incredible taste which is slightly tangy, sweet and spicy. The usual way of making this gravy is little a lengthy process. I always run out of time in the morning, since I’m not a morning person exactly. Those who are like can imagine the situation in the kitchen while preparing both breakfast and lunch. So I just made the original recipe into a slightly different way. It didn’t disappoint me after all. The taste was still good and I got to save a bit of time as well for other activities. This curry will go well with roti (Indian bread) or any fried rice varieties. So try this recipe and give me your feedback. I would love to hear from you all. Let’s go to the recipe.
