Are you a book lover, if not, why don’t you become ONE.

My Love for Books

I have been reading books for quite some years, approx. it’s been 6 years. I read many novels from different genre like Fantasy fiction, Romantic fiction, Romantic Drama, Classic fiction, etc., I was never into reading until 2012. In the beginning of 2012, I started to read a book because I was bored, then I became obsessed with reading later. I started with fantasy fiction “Harry Potter” and slowly developed my reading habits on different genres.

One of my favorite authors is Nicholas Sparks. Once I was only hooked on to his books. He writes about family and romantic drama. I read almost all his books and I have to tell you that every time I read, I get really emotional and I was never tired of reading about a true love between two people in different ways. One of my friends saw me holding his book all the time whenever I was free, She commented, “Malini, I am sure you are going to feel that loss of love in your life soon, If you keep reading his book like this!!”  and she was right at times. Every book of his, is an inspiration to love someone, so deep. I love his books, since it’s so close to practical life sometimes, because life isn’t always about being happy with colorful rainbows and butterflies, It’s also a part of the tragedy and the pain.

  1. Great to know we share a similar hobby – reading. Though I am not a voracious reader post marraige, but I still like to end my day with couple of pages from a book. Also I am an old school who doesnt like kindle for reading. I love the smell of books and the feel of it while holding in the hands.
