This yummy peanut laddu needs only two ingredients. Roasted peanuts and jaggery. My family love this snack. I usually store the roasted peanuts in air tight jar, so whenever I get the cravings for sweet snack, I make this immediately. It’s very easy and quick recipe. It’s a healthy snack for all age people since peanuts are very nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • Roasted / Raw peanuts – 2 cups
  • Jaggery – 3/4 cup

Description:

  1. If the peanut is raw, take a thick bottomed pan, heat the pan on low or medium flame, roast 1 cup of peanuts at a time. Keep roasting them until it becomes crunchy, Don not burn it.
  2. Once they are roasted well, allow the peanuts to cool down, Rub the peanuts and remove the skin.
  3. Now add the peanuts and jaggery in a mixer jar, Run the mixer for a few seconds, check the consistency until you get a coarse consistency in the peanuts and then stop. Transfer the mixture to a plate.
  4. Now take a small portion of the peanut and jaggery mixture in your palms and start shaping into a laddu. Store the laddus in a air tight jar.
  5. Serve this delicious peanut laddu as a snack.

Step by step process with picture representation:
