I am currently trying out all paneer recipes, in that list today I tried Palak Paneer. This combination is highly nutritious. The texture and taste of the gravy is awesome. This recipe is very popular. People usually make this gravy for rotis, naan, parathas and for some rice varieties. I have added plain paneer pieces directly while cooking, you can also slightly fry and add to the gravy. It’s up to you. Tofu cubes also go well with this recipe instead paneer cubes.
