I call this recipe as Marinated paneer gravy, since I soak the paneer in fresh spice masala and curd before cooking. You can call it as Kadai Paneer Gravy as well. It’s up to you. π This gravy would give you a slight spicy and tangy taste. To prepare the fresh spice masala. I have taken red chili, garlic cloves, black pepper, cumin seeds, a bit of tamarind, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and Fenugreek seeds. If you don’t want very spicy then reduce the mount of red chili. It goes well with rotis, parathas and steamed rice varieties like fried rice.
