Take Whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt and oil into that and mix well. Then add the warm water into the mixture and make a dough.

Once the dough is ready, cover it with a cloth or close the vessel, to get the moisture out of the dough.

Now, let’s make the stuffing ready, First, boil the potatoes and smash it, then keep it aside.

Add oil into a wide pan or vessel, add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves into that, saute everything well, then add salt, turmeric powder and chili powder into that and mix well.

Once it is done and add that mixture into the mashed potatoes and mix everything well.

Now, let’s make the wheat bread and add stuffing inside that,

First, make a small ball out of the dough, press it, make a thin bread and spread the stuffing on the bread, make another thin bread and cover the stuffing bread. Press little more to get the perfect shape.

Once the stuffed wheat bread is ready, heat the pan, toss the bread on that pan, add a little bit of ghee or oil on the bread while tossing.
