Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

I love Mushrooms, especially fried ones, When I was a kid, My mom used to get the fresh farm mushrooms and make this quick recipe as my evening snacks which I am going to share with you all. I am sure lots of other kids would also love this recipe, so try at home 🙂
This recipe needs just three ingredients apart from Mushrooms. I have used white button mushrooms here,
The ingredients are,
- Button Mushroom – 1 pack
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
First of all, we need to clean the mushrooms well, so rinse with water for 2 to 3 times.
Once it is cleaned well, chop the mushrooms vertically, I prefer lengthy and thin pieces. It totally depends on you.
Now heat the pan, add oil into that, After a few seconds, add mushroom into that.
Stir the Mushrooms well, Once it’s started to get into halfway of cooking, the nice aroma would spread around you and the pieces of mushrooms would get shrink and leave some water around that.
Fry well, until the water evaporates and then add salt and pepper into that, mix well.
Once everything blends well, Yummy yummy mushrooms would be ready to eat. The aroma is amazing, You would definitely feel to eat those mushrooms immediately. 😉
