Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice is a Chinese dish of Steamed rice where that has been stir fried with a mixture of Ingredients. Everyone’s favorite dish in my family. It takes hardly 30 – 40 mins overall to prepare this recipe. Enjoy your weekend with yummy food. Stay healthy 🙂

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs – 3
  2. Rice – 1 cup (steamed separately)
  3. Oil – 3 tbsp
  4. Mustard and Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  5. Red Bell Pepper – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  6. Onion – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  7. Curry leaves and  Coriander leaves – few
  8. Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
  9. Beans – 5 to 6 (finely chopped)
  10. Salt & crushed pepper – required level

Description:

  1. Get the ingredients ready. Soak the rice for at least 15 mins and then steam it with a bit of oil and salt.
  2. Take a wide pan, add oil into that, once it gets heated, add mustard and cumin seeds into that.
  3. After a few seconds, when the mustard seeds start bursting, Add eggs into that.
  4. Beat the eggs well.
  5. Add onions and curry leaves into that and stir everything well.
  6. After 2 minutes, add chopped vegetables and mix everything well.
  7. Once everything gets blended very well, add salt and crushed pepper also into that.
  8. Add cooked rice into that mixture and stir well.
  9. After everything mixed well, Transfer into a bowl and garnish yummy egg fried rice with coriander leaves.
