Fried rice is a Chinese dish of Steamed rice where that has been stir fried with a mixture of Ingredients. Everyone’s favorite dish in my family. It takes hardly 30 – 40 mins overall to prepare this recipe. Enjoy your weekend with yummy food. Stay healthy 🙂

- Eggs – 3
- Rice – 1 cup (steamed separately)
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Mustard and Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Green Chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
- Curry leaves and Coriander leaves – few
- Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
- Beans – 5 to 6 (finely chopped)
- Salt & Pepper – required level
Get the ingredients ready. Soak the rice for at least 15 mins and then steam it with a bit of oil and salt.
Take a wide pan, add oil into that, once it gets heated, add mustard and cumin seeds into that.
After a few seconds, when the mustard seeds start bursting, Add eggs into that.
Beat the eggs well, once it is cooked, add ginger garlic paste into that.
After mixing well, add onions, green chilies and curry leaves into that and stir everything well.
After 2 minutes, add chopped vegetables and mix everything well.
Once everything gets blended very well, add salt and pepper also into that.
Add cooked rice into that mixture and stir well.
After everything mixed well, Transfer into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
