If you or your family members are craving for Indochinese food. You don’t need to stop by restaurants, because this egg noodles will be perfect for that kind of cravings and you can make this recipe at home with simple ingredients without using any fancy stuffs.
There are lots of ready made noodles available in the market. People have multiple thoughts about those, Are those good for health and are there any chemicals included in that. Especially kids love noodles, so every mom is very concerned about that, here is a way you can stop worrying and try to make your own noodles.
I used the whole wheat noodles to prepare this recipe. There are different varieties, you can choose the one you want, Egg Noodles are slightly high in calories, once in a while it’s absolutely fine to eat.

- Carbohydrates – *21 g

- Noodles – 200 g
- Egg – 2 to 3 (According to your preference)
- Onion – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Green Chilies – 2 to 3 (finely chopped)
- Carrot – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Beans – 7 to 8 (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 3 to 5 cloves (finely chopped)
- Coriander or mint leaves – for toppings
- Salt & Oil
- Sauce or Ketchup (optional)
Get the Ingredients (Wheat Noodles, Onion, green chilies, beans, carrot, garlic and eggs) ready.
Heat oil in a wide pan, add garlic into that. saute well for 1 min.
Once it is done, add Eggs into that, saute well, until the raw smell of eggs go away.
Meanwhile, Boil 2 liters of water in a vessel or wide pan, Add the raw noodles into that, add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of oil into that.
Once the eggs are done, add onions into that, fry well.
Check the noodles, if it’s cooked, drain the water and transfer to a bowl, add 1 tbsp oil and mix the noodles well, this will prevent the noodles become very sticky.
Add the remaining veggies also into that egg mixture and fry well. Add salt and pepper into that and mix well.
Once the veggies is cooked, then add the noodles into that. Mix everything well. Add sauce if you like it, it’s been completely optional. Once everything blends well. Move it to container.
Now the yummy egg noodles are ready to be served.
