The Bread rolls are great evening snacks. Especially Kids would love this snack. These rolls could be either baked or fried in oil. It’s entirely depends on you. The taste would be same, but the only difference is the outer layer would be very crispy if you bake it. You can use different stuffing. Here I used some veggies like potatoes, green peas and carrot as stuffing.

- Whole Wheat Bread – 4 pieces
- Potatoes – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Green peas – 1 small cup
- Carrot – 1 small (finely chopped)
- salt – required level
- Oil or Butter – required level
- Turmeric powder, Chili powder and Chat masala – 1 tbsp.
Get the ingredients ready.
Boil the potatoes, green peas and carrot well.
Once it is done, Drain the water and add the veggies in a mixing bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and chat masala into that.
Mix everything well, smash the potatoes and make small balls out of it. Take the bread and chop the sides.
Add little water on the bread, press well with a rolling pin. Make it flat and add the stuffing inside the bread and cover it well.
Press the sides properly. so that stuffing won’t come out. Keep it aside for 2 mins. To get that roll settle.
Add oil into the pan, once it heats up, add rolls into it and fry well.
Crispy and yummy rolls are ready to serve.
